Pandemic Return to Work (RTW) Framework_public

Overview:

Purpose: The purpose of this document is to set out an objective framework that allows for the phased, deliberate and gradual transition back into physical work spaces following the subsidence of the COVID pandemic.

Objective: The objective in phasing back to normal is to take a deliberately gradual and conservative approach that allows us to mitigate against a risk of unforeseen rebound of the virus. In general, we aim to progress to each phase approximately a month (2 incubation periods) following the relevant triggers being met in that Location.

Phased Approach: The return to normalcy is deliberately divided into defined phases, each with specific triggers and associated actions, in order to allow controlled assessment and response to the evolving environment.
